Bluebirds swoop for Zanzala.
Offrande Zanzala has become Barrow boss Mark Cooper’s first new signing, following his swoop for the striker on a two-year deal.
Zanzala, 23, spent the second half of last season at Carlisle United, where he hit five goals in 17 appearances; one of which a penalty against the Bluebirds in the 2-2 draw at Holker Street in April.
The Brunton Park side had offered the front man a new contract, but he instead opted to make the move down the coast to join the recently appointed Cooper’s project at Barrow.
The former Crewe forward also spent two years, including a loan spell, at Accrington Stanley, scoring 11 times in 56 league outings for the Lancashire club.
